meridian diagnostics (System Prognos®) concerning the biologic-energetic
effects of a treatment of normal tap water by an instrument called “Qi” which is
informed and is said to have a positive effect on water and possibly on persons,
too.

In the test series the solving of the following two problems were aimed at:

1. Evaluation of the effects as a medium on normal tap water: tests with and
without treatment by the “Qi”.
2. Evaluation of the effects as a medium on persons holding the “Qi” in their

"In the following 26 pages we give a report on a series of tests using the
meridian diagnostics (System Prognos®) concerning the biologic-energetic
effects by an instrument called “Chi Pendant” (a glass coaster to wear as a
necklace, see Annex Nr. 17) which is informed and is said to have a positive
effect against electro-smog and an energizing effect on persons, too.

In the test series the solving of the following two problems was achieved:

1. Evaluation of the effects with an exposure to magnetic fields as a
representative for electro-smog: tests with and without shielding by the
“Chi Pendant”.
2. Evaluation of the effects as a treatment for persons placing the “Chi
Pendant” for 20 minutes in the area of the thymus (upper breastbone). [...]"
